The company offers a complete range of products and solutions for building envelope applications, including perforated and corrugated sheets. From coated aluminium coils and sheets for roofing, rain gutters, flashings, ceiling, roller shutter applications to corrugated sheets, perforated coils and sheets, solid façade cladding and composite materials. The company manufactures and sells a complete range of products in coated aluminium to meet all building envelope requirements.

XINHE is a member of the CCMSA (China building metal structure association), CBDA (China building decoration association), ISO 9001-2008, ISO 14001-2004 and OHSAS 18001 accredited. Hengzhan, a subsidiary of Xinhe Group, the coating production and trading division. How We Do Quality Control?

A. From raw materials to process treatment, we cooperate with well-known brands with stable quality and reputation of the industry.

B. Adopting the German technology, through the three-times coating and baking, 12 testing procedures to ensure that no paint shedding, bumps, coating voids.

C. The advanced colorimeter and error-detecting facility on thickness to ensure the quality.

D. The introduction of 8 advanced production lines from Germany, including four color layer lines, two cutting lines, two embossing lines, and a new production line of the protective film.

E. Full sets quality inspection: include the control of raw materials, the measurement of thickness and color difference during production, as well as the measurement of thickness and bending of products before packing.

The testing projects of each finished coating and the role of them:

• Color difference/coating thickness/glossiness: color difference between production and standard production (sample from customer), marked by △E.

8 sets automatic production line for color coated aluminum coil lines from Germany: 4 color coating lines, 2 slitter lines and 2 embossing lines. We also have one new production line of protective film.

The product process include unwining - skimming - cleaning - neutralization - cleaning - passivation & chromizing - drying - coating - backing - cooling - filming - winding.
