A. Testing before producing
1.Aluminum. Into the factory inspection items: appearance quality, width, thickness, T-bending, and mechanical properties
2. Paint. Into the factory test items: dry film, color, T-bend, wipe, hundred grid, boiled, anti-oil effect. The production line
have to check the paint which must be stirred 30 minutes earlier.
3. Protective film. Into the factory inspection items: appearance packaging, protective film viscosity (sampling)
4. other raw materials: skimming, passivation, glue, PVC film.
5. order review. For special requirements, the line speed, dry film and so on.
B. Testing during the producing
1. Initial inspection includes film thickness, color difference, board quality and MEK, gloss of finished product
2. Collect head and tail sampling to detect color difference, dry film thickness, gloss, T-bend, wipe, hundred grid,
boiled, impact, etc.
3. Observe if there are defects on the finished board surface and avoid defects such as paint void (holiday) and
flaws on the board surface.
4. After completing the product, fill in the certificate (qualifier), collect the head and tail sample, test the sample,
and establish records according to the standard.
C. Testing after the producing
1.Review and test items such as dry film, color, gloss, T-bend, wipe, boiled, hundred grid, finished product thickness
2. The finished product testing: mainly for the customer's special requirements, appearance quality, Color difference,
meters, weight and so on.
