2. Application - High Standing Seam Aluminum Roof Sheet |

Aluminum-magnesium-manganese alloy has the advantages of moderate structural strength, weather resistance, stain resistance, and easy bending and welding processing. The service life under normal environment is 3 times that of ordinary color aluminum plate and 2 times that of stainless steel.
Common thickness is 0.7-1.2mm, popular type are high vertical seam 65-430 (expand 600mm), 65-420 (expand 595mm), 65-400 (expand 575mm), low vertical 25- 430 (expanded 500mm), 25-400 (expanded 475mm), etc. Standing Seam Aluminum Roofing is defined as a concealed fastener aluminum panel system that features vertical seam and a broad area between the two seams. It’s also described as having raised seams that rise above the level of the panel’s flat area. Standing seam systems can be used for either metal roofing, which is the most common, or metal walls.

The paint films are generally thinner than post-applied films, but they still give better performance for longer. So, you use less paint and cut down or even eliminate maintenance and re-painting.
