Advantages in design Prepainted Aluminum provides a very high quality painted surface in a wide array of colours and textures.
The paint films are generally thinner than post-applied films, but they still give better performance for longer. So, you use less paint and cut down or even eliminate maintenance and re-painting.
The industrialised nature of coil coating not only gives the best assurance of quality, batch after batch, but means that environmental impacts are dealt with at source, efficiently and with the minimum of environmental impact - far less than in post-applied paint shops. |
