Pre-painted (Color Coated) aluminum alloys coil is firstly painted on the surface of the aluminum plate with good color difference control and uniform paint film. It has the ability to be folded during fabrication without any detriment to the surface. For example, PVDF paint has high weather resistance, can be guaranteed 15 - 20 years color warranty.
SAP is usually made by 2.0, 2.5 and 3mm non-combustible solid aluminium panel. SAP is made from 1100 or 3003 Grade Aluminium.
SAP Solid is pre-finished in a coil coated PVDF 70% Kynar coating. This means no powder-coating or other coating fabrication required giving you savings with cost, lead times, double handling and damage.

Prepainted Aluminum provides a very high quality painted surface in a wide array of colours and textures. The paint films are generally thinner than post-applied films, but they still give better performance for longer. So, you use less paint and cut down or even eliminate maintenance and re-painting.
