Product Details It, using fluorocarbon resin (PVDF) as the core coating material, possess qualitative advantages far exceeding those of traditional polyester coatings. It exhibits superior weather resistance and UV aging resistance, while also demonstrating excellent corrosion resistance, high color saturation, and strong color retention.

High physical properties: With a coating hardness ≥2H, it has outstanding scratch and impact resistance, along with strong adhesion, preventing cracking and peeling during aluminum coil bending and forming processes.
Stable temperature resistance: Adaptable to extreme temperature ranges from -50℃ to 150℃, it does not soften or deform at high temperatures or become brittle or crack at low temperatures, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
Easy cleaning: The coating has low surface tension, making it resistant to dust and oil accumulation, and possesses self-cleaning properties. Routine maintenance requires only simple wiping to restore its appearance.
Rich decorative value: It has high color saturation, excellent color retention and rich color choices. The coating surface can achieve matte, high-gloss, and other textures to meet diverse design needs.
Environmental safety: The coating does not contain heavy metals or other harmful substances, and the VOC emissions during the production process are low, with no toxic substances released during the use stage.

2. Inorganic pigments should be used for color matching whenever possible; bright pigments are not recommended.
